Cacciatore Salami


Product Description

Our new Cacciatore salami has a clean, bright profile, featuring fresh rosemary from just outside our back door, garlic, Chianti, and a hint of Italian chili.  Like our other cured meats, Cacciatore are fermented slowly, aged for weeks in our custom chamber, and ship to you in a protective vacuum pack, wrapped in butcher's paper.  Our cured products are shelf stable, but we recommend storing Cacciatore in your refrigerator to best preserve quality.
