Rose wine, white pepper and organic garlic complete the scene. Our Provencal is fermented at a lower temperature than its Italian cousins, then aged in our custom curing chamber for weeks. The result is a mouthwatering blance of flavor, texture and aroma. It ships to you in a protective vacuum pack, wrapped in butchers paper. Our cured products are shelf-stable, but we recommend storing Saucission Provençal in your refrigerator to best preserve quality.
