Beef Jerky with Chianti, Mustard & Horseradish, 6 oz.

We had a super-secret guilty indugence.  How could self-repecting charcutiers admit that they loved beef jerky?  Would it sully their reputation for refined cured meats, rillettes, terrines, and pates?  Welp, the fix was right there in front of us, but it took a steak dinner with our favorite accompaniments to provide the lightning bolt.  The only thing that embarrasses us now is how long it took us to make it.  Introducing Panevino Beef Jerky - perfectly trimmed, hand sliced strips of choice beef, marinated in Chianti, our own whole grain sherry Mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire, garlic, onions and black pepper.
