When it was time for a cheese breadstick, we partnered with the renowned Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese Co. in Modesto, California. While some manufacturers crow about “real” cheese as an ingredient, we process whole, fifty-two pound wheels of well-aged, world award-winning Fiscalini Bandage Wrapped Cheddar. Each wheel is a work of art, hand-selected for Panevino by Master Cheese Maker Mariano Gonzalez. The results defy description, and any other product in their category.
Slow, controlled baking produces a mellow, caramelized cheddar aroma and flavor that pair beautifully with a broad spectrum of wines from crisp, acidic sparklers to bold reds with firm tanins. Tomato soup, anyone?

Absolutely the best! Visit almost any winery in and around Napa and Panevino will accompany your tasting. Perfectly balanced and full of flavor, you cannot eat just one. Already a fan of sea salt, I recently discovered the cheddar. Not only did I purchase several boxes while shopping in St. Helena, I have since ordered many more boxes. Complimentary to all wines, meats, and cheese, you will be instantly addicted.
