One of the few ingredients we source from outside of California are the oil-cured French olives we use to make our olive grissini.  Why?  Because, as annoyed as we might be with froggy culinary superiority, we have to admit that they oil-cure an olive better in the old country.  Move south from the haughty waiters of Paris, down where the blush picnic wines flow and lavender blooms.  French oil-cured olives and heavenly herbs de Provence, pulverized to a fine paste in our kitchen, give these delightful grissini a warm brown color, an earthy flavor and a rich, complex aroma.

The texture is still crisp and delicate, but the flavor is deeper – a perfect partner for bold red wines, rich and sharp cheeses, salumi and prosciutti.

 Our grissini are made without preservatives. Please enjoy within 5 weeks.

    We were introduced to these yummy breadsticks at a local wine tasting. We loved them so much that we inquired where they were made. When we found out that they were made just down the street from Napa we immediately visited Panavino and purchased. We’ve ordered for gifts and ourselves. Order these - you will be impressed.

    I first tasted these at turnbull winery and then had them at Larkmead too. What a great pairing for wine! These wineries that use these really know how to match food with their wines.
