Chorizo Curado is a Spanish-style dry salami, which gets its rich brick-red color and smoky/spicy edge from precious Spanish Pimentón de la Vera. We gild the lily with nut-brown Oloroso sherry, Valencia orange zest, garlic and spices. Our chorizo is hand-pressed and hand tied in a traditional horseshoe shape, and aged to perfection in our custom chamber. It comes to you in a protective vacuum package for months of freshness. Our cured products are shelf stable, but we recommend storing Chorizo Curado in your refrigerator to best preserve quality.
