Like our Catalan-Style Fuet, but with a smokey twist. Ahumado has the subtle smoke aroma and flavor of Spain's finest smoked sweet paprika, white wine, garlic and spices. Fuet Ahumado is fermented at low temperature, aged for weeks in our custom chamber, and comes in a protective vacuum pack, wrapped in butcher's paper. Our cured products are shelf stable, but we recommend storing Ahumado in your refrigerator to best preserve quality.
