Panevino Sopressata strikes a three-point balance between piquancy, acidity, and richness. Sweet-hot calabrian chilis, bold red wine, garlic and select spices create our version of this Southern Italian classic. The flavors and aromas are unmuddled, simple and lively. Panevino Sporessata is fermented at low temperature, aged for weeks in our custom chamber, and comes to you in a protective vacuum pack, wrapped in butcher's paper. Our cured products are shelf stable, but we recommend refrigerating Sopressata to best preserve quality.
